2017 AGM + mixer at the Irish Heather

It’s that time of year again! The VMAA is holding it’s AGM on May 6th at 1pm. The meeting is being held at the Vancouver Community College downtown campus, in Room 160 on the ground level in the jewellery department.

If you are a member, please attend if you can, as we will going over reports from the various board chairs. All current members will be emailed the reports in advance, they will be projected onto a screen at the AGM for all those in attendance. If you haven’t renewed yet or wish to join, you can do so online here. You will also be able to do so in person at the AGM. Membership is only $25 a year, $20 for students.

At every AGM we include a presentation by a special guest speaker. This year it will be Lexie Owen who will be speaking on Craft + Public Art. As well, after the AGM we have our social gathering, which will be at the Irish Heather in Gastown.
