Peggy Logan

Peggy is a graduate of the George Brown College Jewellery Arts program. She majored as a goldsmith and specialized in enamelling. Peggy continued her formal art education at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and the Langara Fine Arts Program in Vancouver. In 2017, she completed her requirements for a BFA at Emily Carr University. In Ontario, Peggy fulfilled a two-year residency at Harbourfront Craft Studios. While in Toronto, she combined teaching and working in the jewellery trade.
Peggy returned to Vancouver in 1986 to continue teaching jewellery. For twenty-eight years she taught for the Vancouver School Board and Langara College in their continuing education programs. Her classes included jewellery-making, enamelling, and lost wax casting. Currently she teaches for Mountain Gems and Soinge in Vancouver. Peggy has exhibited work in group shows in Toronto, Japan, and Vancouver. In 2013, 2015, and 2017 she held solo exhibitions of her jewellery at Ariodante Gallery in New Orleans.
