Steph Calvert

Treasurer

Prior to indulging in a career as an artist, Steph Calvert earned a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, where she was born and raised. A lover of movement, exploration, and expression, Steph Calvert has been fulfilling her fine motor needs through jewellery since 2003 and is a graduate of the Vancouver Community College Jewellery Art & Design program and the Canadian Gemmological Association Professional Gemmology program.

She is the founder and owner of Find Me Riveting, a Vancouver-based custom, hand-made, and art jewellery company. Her constant appetite for learning new things, her training and experience in diverse techniques (as well as a serious DIY bent), and her drive to differentiate, make the metal arts a natural fit. She balances her business and VMAA work with her boisterous family of three sons and a husband, and with training and coaching her favourite gross motor activity, parkour.
